Jens Dalsgaard has focused on small- and micro-cap stocks in his 22 years of in-depth market experience, which includes tenures with Shearson Lehman Brothers, Smith Barney, and A. G. Edwards. As a retail stockbroker with those firms, he garnered recognition as a top producer, including President's Council, Chairman's Council and Pinnacle Club awards. He founded Redwood Consultants in 2001 to help emerging companies succeed in the market. "Our goal is to identify the biggest home runs," he says. "We choose the small, undiscovered gems and tell their stories to investors around the world."

Richard Pisano has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, serving companies in the high tech and insurance industries and leading corporate and government enterprise sales efforts. He joined Redwood in 2005, and says integrity, honesty and hard work make Redwood a great firm to work for.

Bill Gilliam has worked in Investment and Merchant Banking for over 20 years. He has a BS in Chemistry, an MBA and a JD. Bill began his career as an analytical chemist working on the Skylab program for a NASA contractor. Bill then spent 7 years with Merck & Co., working in sales, finance, product management, manufacturing, licensing and corporate development. In 1981 Bill joined Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb as a Vice President, Investment Banking. In 1983 Bill joined Thomson McKinnon Securities as Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions. In 1986 Bill was one of the three founding partners of the Merchant Banking firm Gilliam, Joseph & Littlejohn ("GJL"). Bill was directly involved in the leveraged acquisitions of Chemdesign Corporation, Calgon Carbon Corporation, the Polymer Corporation, Delcorp Corporation, Kestrel Bicycles, and New Charleston Power. "I truly believe that one of our collective strengths is that we at Redwood are able to listen to each other and rely on not only everyone's skills and experience, but also everyone's gut feel to insure we don't get fooled, as well as making sure we never compromise our integrity and standing with the investment community."

Amanda Tessi has supported Redwood Consultants since 2004 in a role that requires her to wear many hats, from updating communications materials to helping manage the office. "We're a real team - we all respect each other," she says.
