Jens Dalsgaard has focused on small- and micro-cap stocks in his 22 years of in-depth market experience, which includes tenures with Shearson Lehman Brothers, Smith Barney, and A. G. Edwards. As a retail stockbroker with those firms, he garnered recognition as a top producer, including President's Council, Chairman's Council and Pinnacle Club awards. He founded Redwood Consultants in 2001 to help emerging companies succeed in the market. "Our goal is to identify the biggest home runs," he says. "We choose the small, undiscovered gems and tell their stories to investors around the world."

Angela Williams has 13 years' experience in operations and business development. As operations manager for Brightpoint Inc. she led the creation of a 300-employee call center, and she managed business development for Aircraft Shopper Online. She joined Redwood Consultants in 2004. "We take on clients that we feel we can provide the support, guidance and direction for them to succeed."

Richard Pisano has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, serving companies in the high tech and insurance industries and leading corporate and government enterprise sales efforts. He joined Redwood in 2005, and says integrity, honesty and hard work make Redwood a great firm to work for.

Bill Gilliam has worked in Investment and Merchant Banking for over 20 years. He has a BS in Chemistry, an MBA and a JD. Bill began his career as an analytical chemist working on the Skylab program for a NASA contractor. Bill then spent 7 years with Merck & Co., working in sales, finance, product management, manufacturing, licensing and corporate development. In 1981 Bill joined Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb as a Vice President, Investment Banking. In 1983 Bill joined Thomson McKinnon Securities as Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions. In 1986 Bill was one of the three founding partners of the Merchant Banking firm Gilliam, Joseph & Littlejohn ("GJL"). Bill was directly involved in the leveraged acquisitions of Chemdesign Corporation, Calgon Carbon Corporation, the Polymer Corporation, Delcorp Corporation, Kestrel Bicycles, and New Charleston Power. "I truly believe that one of our collective strengths is that we at Redwood are able to listen to each other and rely on not only everyone's skills and experience, but also everyone's gut feel to insure we don't get fooled, as well as making sure we never compromise our integrity and standing with the investment community."

Amanda Tessi has supported Redwood Consultants since 2004 in a role that requires her to wear many hats, from updating communications materials to helping manage the office. "We're a real team - we all respect each other," she says.

Matt Murawski joined the Redwood team in the Spring of 2007. He is currently pursuing an international business degree at the College of Marin. Matthew brings excellent organizational skills to our operations department. He has proven to be a great asset to our company.

Arron Johnson has over 28 years of experience in building performance cars and race engines. His cars and engines have won prestigious placements in national shows and have appeared in numerous magazines. His engines have not only won many races, but have also set class and track records in countries around the world. Arron has been self-employed since the age of 9 and has started and run numerous successful businesses in industries ranging from automotive, to music & media production, to vitamin supplements. "I bring a level of experience to Redwood's Motor Sports Division to help assure that our companies get off to a great start and succeed beyond their best expectations, because that's what we do here at Redwood."

Amanda Pal has two decades of experience in various areas of accounting and finance. She spent 11 combined years in the automotive and consumer electronics industries. Upon joining the ranks of the self-employed she worked with the first and only Japanese based DSL and IT provider in Honolulu, which included a client list of some of the heaviest hitters in Japanese business in Hawaii today. Through the running of her company she has gained a wide knowledge base in the areas of GAAP, non-profit, government, private and related party business. "I take my personal philosophy into every aspect of my life. Experience, Learn and Enjoy. There is no need to separate business from personal when you are lucky enough to be a part of a stellar team and an exciting project!"
